Did you attend Late Knights at least 2 times? Is your calendar marked a year in advance for Homecoming? Do you know the events CAB is putting on even before they do? Then the Office of Student Involvement is where YOU need to be! Every event that happens at UCF that you attend is put on by students and now you can be a part of the tradition! Applications for the student groups within UCF are available now and are open for ALL the agencies! This includes:

• Knight Cast UCFs student run radio programming!
• Late Knights the group who puts on once a month alcohol alternative events!
• Campus Activities Board the people who have brought you Nikki Blonsky and Movies on the Plaza!
• VUCF who organizes community service and alternative spring break!
• Homecoming the biggest tradition at UCF!
• Knights of the Round Table who help facilitate all the student organizations on campus!
• Multicultural Student Center who bring us diversity programming year round!

You can find the applications in the Office of Student Involvement Room 208 of the Student Union or online at www.getinvolveducf.com/apps.php. All applications for the Student Directors positions are due on February 5th and for all other positions February 26th to OSI by 5pm.

The mission of the Office of Student Involvement (OSI) is to provide quality programs, services, and leadership opportunities that enrich students’ academic endeavors.  Students and staff collaborate to explore various paths that encourage personal growth, promote civic responsibility, embrace differences, and connect students to the campus and the community.  In OSI, the journey is the destination.  Toward this end, the Office of Student Involvement (OSI) staff members oversee the registration and management of over 350 registered student organizations (RSO’s) as well as directly advising and coordinating the following student groups: Campus Activities Board (CAB), Fraternity and Sorority Life, Homecoming, Knights of the RoundTable (KoRT), Late Knights, Multicultural Student Center (MSC), Student Government Association (SGA), and Volunteer UCF (VUCF).

In an effort to create better communication among student organizations, athletics, and on campus events to the student body, the Student Government Association, with help from the Student Union and UCF Athletics Department, has purchased an electronic scrolling marquee which is housed above the south entrance of the Student Union.
